just ordered this book off of amazon. i’ve been eating a HCLF completely raw vegan diet for exactly a week now… i usually eat a high raw diet, so I haven’t really felt any different. eating tons of fruits, vegetables, smoothies, and juices has been fun (and delicious) though! i want to learn more about eating raw and whatnot though… like why people who eat raw drink dateorade with like 20 dates (isn’t that a ton of calories/ food in one sitting? i have no idea…) has anybody else read this book? was it helpful?
