my sister is now following a vegan, gluten free, sugar free diet that’s high in protein because of health reasons (vegan for compassion reasons though, obvs!), so i made her someĀ vegan, gluten free, sugar free, oatmeal protein cookies
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1/8th cup unsalted, toasted, sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded coconut
- 2 tbs raisins
- 1/2 oz goji berries
- 1 oz mulberriesĀ
- 2 scoops raw protein powder (garden of life brand)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk
preheat oven to 350 degrees F, bake cookies for 11 minutes. makes about 16 cookies
