super healthy oatmeal cookies! vegan, sugar free, & gluten free :)
1 cup oat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
2/3 cup dates
1/4 cup raisins
1 oz mulberries
1 tbs vegan chocolate chips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
combine oat flour, apple sauce, dates, and flaxseed meal in food processor. mix until smooth. scoop into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. mix well. roll dough into 1” balls and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
the recipe makes 20 cookies and they are only 70 cal each, 1 1/2 grams of fat, and 2 grams protein :)
